In the personal training, you complete the training session together with your coach. You work on executing the movements cleanly and safely and your personal trainer introduces new exercises. You benefit from direct feedback on every exercise so that no harmful movement patterns creep in. In addition, your personal trainer will motivate you to get the most out of your training – and sometimes to push your limits.
Fitness training is not for you? We are experienced in various sports and are able to implement training sessions in your favorite sport with you. We are also happy to support you in tackling something new and challenging that you have wanted to do for a long time.
