Sport improves our health, increases our fitness and gives us energy. What we often forget: Sport also makes us feel mentally stronger and agile.

Body and mind are not separate systems – they influence each other. This awareness shapes our concept: At Onmind, we use sports explicitly for the benefit of body and mind and make sure to use the positive effects optimally.

Every person is unique and has their own needs. In our personal health coaching sessions we tailor the program to your individual needs. The training should be meaningful, effective in the long term – and it should be fun! We are convinced: only if you enjoy the activities you will stay motivated and do good for body and mind in the long term
