Group Fitness

Discover our diverse group fitness courses and train in a personal and motivating atmosphere in our beautiful studio! Thanks to small groups (maximum of 8 people), we can also look after you individually in a group - regardless of whether you are inexperienced in sports or already advanced.

Our coaches all have a university background in sports science. We also teach in English!

Group Fitness Classes

  • Calisthenics

    Our calisthenics course is characterized by the fusion of demanding partner exercises and individual challenges. We train exclusively with our own body weight.

  • Functional Training

    In functional training you increase your strength, coordination and balance with various functional exercises. To do this we use free weights and our own body weight.

  • Handstand Training

    With building exercises based on strength and coordination, you will learn to stand on your hands step by step. Your consciousness is literally “turned upside down”.

  • Calisthenics

    Our calisthenics course is characterized by the fusion of demanding partner exercises and individual challenges. We train exclusively with our own body weight.

  • Power Yoga Flow

    The term Power Yoga already contains the big secret of this yoga style: It's about power, i.e. power, strength, energy. The flow component brings with it flowing transitions between the asanas - combined with the rhythm of breathing.

  • Mobility & Stretching

    In this group training we work on your mobility. All muscle groups are stretched and your joints are mobilized. Stay flexible!

  • Meditation & Vinyasa Yoga

    Immerse yourself in a transformative journey of body and mind. This carefully curated class offers a harmonious blend of invigorating Vinyasa yoga and tranquil meditation.

  • Legs, Glutes, Core

    As the name suggests, this group training mainly trains the muscle groups of the stomach, legs and buttocks. The training burns any excess fat and builds muscle mass.

  • HIIT

    Looking for a challenge? Short and to the point, you can work out until your muscles are exhausted and improve your strength endurance.
