What is Personal Health Coaching?
Our approach to personal health coaching places the main focus on sport and exercise. Together with your coach, you will develop an individual plan that is tailored to optimally promote your health.
It can often also be useful to analyze nutrition and develop strategies for stress regulation. As soon as the measures have been defined, you implement the planned units individually - or get your coach to help you as part of a personal training session.
How is personal health coaching different from personal training?
Personal health coaching lays down the basics, methods and goals so clearly that you can complete the training sessions without a coach. It is also our goal that you - in exchange with the coach - build up your own health competence. You will be prepared to carry out your training independently over a longer period of time. Depending on the initial situation, it can make sense to combine personal training with personal health coaching.
I don't like working out with dumbbells or weights. Does personal training still make sense for me?
Yes, absolutely! In our coaching approach we work individually. An important principle is that you enjoy the training. This will help ensure that the training is maintained over the longer term. We are at home in various sports, know our way around and implement training sessions in your favorite sport with you. Or we support you in tackling something new and challenging that you have wanted to do for a long time.
What is the connection between physical and mental fitness?
Body and mind are not separate systems - they influence each other. Our concept is based on this awareness. Physical training triggers various processes that affect our psyche. Sport and exercise help to reduce stress and help you sleep better. Hormones are released that have a positive effect on our well-being and immune system. Last but not least, sport is also fun and the successes and learning experiences give us a good feeling and self-confidence.
