Personal Training

In personal training, you complete the training unit together with your coach. You work on executing the movements cleanly and safely.

Your coach introduces new exercises. This means you benefit from direct feedback on every exercise so that no harmful movement patterns creep in.

In addition, your personal trainer will motivate you to get the most out of your training - and to sometimes push yourself to your limit.

Are you less interested in fitness training?

We feel at home in various sports and are happy to implement training sessions with you in your favorite sport. Or we can support you in tackling something new and challenging that you have wanted to do for a long time.

Your Benefits

  • Individual Planning

In the personal training sessions we can specifically address your individual objectives and personal preferences. We track all training sessions and display your progress. This also gives an additional boost of motivation!

  • Motivation & Support

We help you keep an eye on your goals and stay on track, even if your motivation wanes a little. The right mindset and the resulting consistency are just as important for training as the exercises themselves.

  • Execution and Prevention

Correct execution of the exercises is not only important for injury prevention, but also increases the effectiveness of the training. With the Functional Movement Screen we analyze potential weaknesses and asymmetries that are relevant to training.
